Field Sales Executive

Quench is a leading provider of innovative water solutions. Our mission is to make a positive impact on people's lives and the environment by reducing single-use plastic bottles.
We deliver on-demand filtered water solutions to over 120,000 healthy and environmentally conscious customers across North America. Our products include bottle-free water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. These solutions purify the existing water supply, providing an endless supply of clean water and water-based beverages for a fixed monthly fee.
As a Field Sales Account Executive at Quench, you will play a pivotal role in our growth journey. You will cultivate relationships, drive sales, and deliver tailored solutions to our valued customers. Through face-to-face interactions, strategic calls, and targeted B2B outreach, you will be the face of Quench in the field.
The first year's estimated earnings are $80,000 - $110,000 (base + commission).
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales through face-to-face interactions, calls, and B2B outreach.
- Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with Quench customers.
- Identify customer needs and propose customized solutions.
- Meet or exceed new business sales goals with consistent daily/weekly activity.
Requirements:
- Strong selling and negotiating skills; ability to overcome customer objections.
- Excellent communication skills, both via phone and email, with a clear, enthusiastic approach, good listening skills, quick understanding of customer needs, and strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly and resourcefully to changing situations.
- Prior field sales experience is a plus.
- Solid team player with outstanding integrity.
