Commercial Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Account Executive to join our high-performing team in Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with current and potential commercial clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and educating clients on the company's restoration services.
You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing deals, collaborating with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction, and attending industry events and trade shows for networking and lead generation.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Benefits and Compensation- An estimated salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience.
