G2 Secure Staff is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Manager to enhance our operations.

Position: Client Relations Manager

Compensation: $65,000 - $68,000 annually

Work Schedule: Day shifts, occasional weekends, and on-call duties as required

Employment Type: Full-Time

The Client Relations Manager is responsible for cultivating and sustaining relationships with clients, airlines, and various stakeholders within the airport environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all services rendered align with client expectations, managing agreements, and supervising the quality and efficiency of services provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, including airlines, ground service providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary liaison for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their needs and ensure service levels are consistently met.
  • Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of all airport services, promptly addressing any arising issues.
  • Implement and uphold the Safety Management System (SMS) at the station.
  • Develop and execute a safety plan tailored for the station.
  • Maintain oversight of Quality Assurance concerning operational performance and safety, ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborate with various airport departments, including maintenance, security, and air traffic control, to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancements and collaborate with relevant teams to effectuate improvements.
  • Manage client contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and modifications as necessary.
  • Evaluate contract performance and address any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Analyze service performance metrics and provide regular updates to clients and internal management.
  • Implement initiatives for performance improvement based on data analysis and client feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Address and resolve service-related issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to tackle operational challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services or provide additional solutions to existing clients.
  • Assist in crafting proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the airport services team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to uphold high service standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in airline operations.
  • Five (5) years of management experience in a service-oriented industry.
  • Valid Driver's License (must comply with G2 Company Driving Policy).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Reliable communication and transportation methods.

Preferred Skills:

  • Management experience in contract services.

Language Proficiency:

  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Capability to present information clearly and respond to inquiries from various stakeholders.
  • Strong listening skills.
