Position Overview
The Client Services Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention by serving as the operational and administrative backbone for our partners at Delta Dental of Missouri.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers to oversee a designated group of enrolled clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Liaise with various departments to manage and resolve issues related to claims, eligibility, and benefits, ensuring prompt and effective service delivery.
- Respond to inquiries with clear and concise information regarding claims, benefit payments, and eligibility, both verbally and in writing.
- Prepare and distribute standard reporting packages on a monthly and quarterly basis, as well as ad hoc reports as required.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new groups, including the coordination of implementation activities and internal communications.

Client Engagement
- Act as the primary contact for client partners and consultants, addressing inquiries related to eligibility, billing, and accounts receivable.
- Enhance existing relationships by providing exceptional service and proactively addressing any service-related issues.
- Conduct benefit fairs and enrollment meetings as needed, ensuring clients are well-informed about their options.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the insurance or health benefits sector.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience, with a current Missouri health insurance license.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems.
