Your Role:
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in addressing client inquiries and challenges through our established support channels. Your expertise in the Aspire software platform will be essential in effectively communicating its functionalities to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Address client inquiries, which may involve troubleshooting, training, or providing additional support.
- Conduct first-level diagnostics of client issues to identify root causes, establish reproducible conditions, and meticulously document scenarios.
- Adhere to established ticket management protocols, including prioritization, resolution, and documentation of client concerns.
- Independently test client-reported software bugs and enhancements before informing clients of updates.
- Provide timely insights regarding product design and functionality.
- Train both new and existing clients on the operation of AspireCare and fundamental Aspire Software concepts.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with clients and within the organization.
- Assist team members in addressing client inquiries through various communication platforms.
- This position does not require travel.

What You Bring:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years in customer service, client-facing, or account management roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar issue tracking systems is advantageous.
