Position Summary:
The Customer Experience Specialist (CES) plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by engaging with clients and collaborating with various internal teams. This position requires a proactive approach to building relationships and delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Become proficient in lead generation and sales software to support the Sales and Design teams effectively.
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a professional appearance to reflect the company's positive image.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
- Foster collaborative relationships with sales, design, and leadership teams.
- Stay informed about current products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Help maintain an organized and clean showroom environment.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, feedback, and requests diligently.
- Manage customer service reports to enhance team efficiency and improve processes.
- Address customer issues and escalate them as necessary.
- Handle incoming sales calls and manage existing accounts to ensure customer retention.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for sales and management documentation.
- Provide support to the sales team and Sales Manager as required.
- Perform data entry related to sales metrics and key performance indicators.
- Track sales leads, coordinate quotes, and manage customer orders effectively.
- Monitor sales performance and record relevant data for analysis.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Adapt to a dynamic, high-volume work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of six months to one year of related experience and/or training, with at least three years in customer service.
