Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Desk Representative II to join our team. As a Service Desk Representative II, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians.
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
