We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Agent to join our team at Rose International. As a Help Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical issues and escalating complex problems as needed.
- Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions using Genesys and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software to provide accurate and efficient support.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
- At least one year of call center experience.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate via phone.
- High School diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience using Genesys, SharePoint, MS Office, and Outlook.
- Experience in a Help Desk/Customer Support environment.
