Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support for workstation, printer, and other endpoint hardware issues.
  • Assist with MS Office 365 applications, including MS Teams, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing system management to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their technical needs and provide personalized support.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Help Desk or IT Support, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
