Job Title: Director of Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at Innowave Marketing Group LLC. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target new and existing clients, resulting in significant revenue growth and expansion of our customer base.
  • Design and execute customized sales plans and programs for assigned clients, ensuring timely and complete delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs, training, and tools to support sales growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales within the incentive and loyalty industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Strong knowledge of relationship-based, consultative selling and ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding sales targets.
