We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at Innowave Marketing Group. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to target new and existing accounts
- Design and execute programs or sales plans for assigned clients, including product selection, packaging, and logistics
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and complete program delivery, sales growth, and client satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with internal departments and vendors to achieve sales and revenue growth goals
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales within the incentive and loyalty industry
- Proven experience developing and building B2B sales with key executives
- Thorough knowledge of and experience in relationship-based, consultative selling
- English fluent and able to communicate professionally with all stakeholders
- Competitive base salary range starting at $70,000, plus commissions with virtually unlimited earning potential
