Position Overview:

Commodity Fragrances is on the lookout for a proactive and skilled Store Operations Leader to spearhead the launch of our inaugural retail location. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, outstanding customer service skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for fragrance and retail. This role encompasses the management of all store operations, including staff training and management, sales enhancement, and the creation of an extraordinary customer experience. The Store Operations Leader will also act as a brand ambassador, embodying the essence of Commodity Fragrances and sharing expertise with both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of the store's grand opening.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise new staff, leading by example to ensure effective training processes.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders for new merchandise as necessary.
  • Organize promotional materials and in-store displays to enhance customer engagement.
  • Manage financial planning tasks, including overseeing the store budget.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets by fostering customer engagement and promoting brand loyalty.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and addressing inquiries.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for personnel, providing constructive feedback to facilitate staff development.
