Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Coach and mentor Assistant Leaders and Team Leaders to achieve sales goals, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Drive Sales Growth and Visual Merchandising Standards: Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Department to execute and maintain visual merchandising standards, and develop plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Store Operations and Budget: Oversee controllable costs, profit and loss, and maintain fiscal responsibility for the store.
  • Communicate Effectively: Provide associate and customer feedback to Merchandising teams and Logistics regarding product, inventory, and delivery issues.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years Retail Management Experience: Proven success in developing skills and future leaders, and driving business results and achieving goals.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build a culture focused on success and teamwork, and communicate effectively with associates, customers, and stakeholders.
  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
What We Offer

Crate & Barrel offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, plus opportunities for bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
