Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to cultivate a welcoming shopping experience.
  • Welding our signature jewelry line for customers.
  • Maintaining Catbird's high standards of quality and consistency in a fast-paced setting.
  • Assisting management with inventory tasks, including receiving, pricing, and displaying products.
  • Supervising and mentoring Sales Associates.
  • Opening and closing the store, serving as a key point of contact for processes and procedures.
  • Addressing customer service challenges with poise and discretion.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in retail leadership.
  • Strong prioritization skills during peak periods.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and location.
  • Jewelry experience is advantageous.
  • A commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • A friendly demeanor and the ability to foster positive relationships.

Compensation: $24 - $26 per hour, with additional premium weekend pay and monthly bonus incentives.
