Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Leader to join our team at Rylee + Cru boutique on the Upper East Side. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for building a dynamic store team to create exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Influence and inspire a team to create memorable in-store experiences and foster a positive environment.
- Sales and Client Engagement: Ideate, create, and execute action plans to drive sales and client engagement.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Recruit top talent for all positions in store; Sales Associates and Sales Supervisors.
- Store Operations: Ensure store standards are maintained by delegating tasks amongst; cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks (inventory counts, tagging, receiving, and processing shipment).
- In-Store Activations: Curate and execute fruitful in-store activations and support with new store openings as needed.
- Technology and Innovation: Embrace learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, apps, etc.; experience with Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Office is a plus.
- Time Management and Scheduling: Build out team schedule while managing payroll effectively.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Keep an agile work schedule to support business needs; including days, nights, weekends, holidays; must work 40 hours/week.
Requirements:
- Direct Management Experience: 2+ years of direct management experience.
- Customer Service and Retail Experience: 3+ years of customer service and/or retail experience; background in similar category preferred.
- Age and Physical Ability: Must be at least 18+ years of age; maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time; comfortability using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs.
