POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Retail Operations Leader is primarily accountable for fostering a customer-centric and product-focused sales culture, ensuring that our core values and guiding principles are integral to all store operations. This role encompasses managing sales activities, safeguarding assets, and overseeing human resources functions to guarantee an exceptional customer experience and optimal profitability. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance Culture
Evaluates sales data and key performance indicators to identify business needs; implements in-store business and sales strategies.
Sets and communicates clear expectations, holding the store team accountable for meeting all brand, performance, and behavioral standards.
Manages payroll and supply budgets effectively.
Oversees essential operational tasks such as scheduling, shrink audits, inventory management, and payroll accuracy.
Ensures compliance with financial policies, including cash handling and reporting, while training associates to execute register transactions accurately.
Maintains adherence to all relevant laws, loss prevention policies, and operational procedures, conducting training to reinforce proper controls.
Administers all operational processes, including inventory management and daily merchandise replenishment.
Ensures that visual merchandising and store maintenance reflect the brand's standards.
Develops a high-performance culture, motivating the sales team to achieve set sales and productivity goals.
Trains and develops the management team to enhance overall performance.

Knowledge of apparel products and retail operations.
Ability to engage with customers and staff effectively.
Commitment to community involvement and outreach.
Regular attendance is essential to meet company objectives, with flexibility to work various shifts.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Constant walking and standing required throughout the shift.
Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Frequent climbing as part of operational duties.
