Key Qualifications:
- Must consistently demonstrate the competencies relevant to the role.
- Proficient in using personal computers, POS systems, and various software applications, including MS Office.
- Understanding of profit and loss statements and store KPIs to make informed commercial decisions.

- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Minimum age of 18 years is required.
- A four-year degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in team management is essential.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel are necessary.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs, including evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts.
