Role Overview: As the Retail Operations Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily functions of our store. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, particularly in the luxury goods sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team; cultivate a supportive and productive workplace.
  • Customer Engagement: Uphold exemplary service standards; address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute plans to meet sales objectives and enhance profitability.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury jewelry.
