Key Requirements:

* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

* Consistent demonstration of the competencies relevant to the role.

* Proficient in using personal computers, POS systems, and various software applications, including MS Office.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading discussions in diverse groups.

* Ability to work independently and exercise discretion while performing effectively under pressure.

* Exhibits an inspiring attitude that fosters a positive team atmosphere.

* Proficient in speaking, reading, comprehending, and writing English.

* Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

* The role may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level.

* Regularly required to talk or hear; frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms. Occasional requirements include sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device.

* Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

* Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

* Must be at least 18 years old.

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.

* A minimum of 12 months of experience in a retail setting.

* Advanced sales experience with a comprehensive understanding of products, retail, and the industry.

* The anticipated base pay range for this position is [$20.70-$26.91]. Actual salary will depend on various factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, and competencies relevant to the role.
