Position Overview
The Boutique Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of the boutique by delivering organizational and administrative support while executing assigned tasks within specified time frames to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative and organizational duties.
  • Provide secretarial and back-office support for all boutique operations, including aftersales management (handling invoices, cashier duties, team scheduling, etc.).
  • Assist the Boutique Manager with coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Utilize business software applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets) to prepare correspondence, reports, and agendas.
  • Employ various tools such as M3 (internal ERP system) and Sugar (internal CRM system).
  • Offer operational support and ensure attendance at marketing events.
  • Maintain established inventory levels by locating stock in the stockroom and delivering items to the boutique.
  • Ensure products are accessible, visually appealing, and consistently available.
  • Perform minor interventions on watches, such as removing links or straps, as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in administration and retail operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, client service, administration, and shipping processes.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage is a plus.

Additional Information
Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The hourly range for this position is between $39.00, dependent upon experience.
