Position Overview:

The Senior Vice President of Regional Operations is a pivotal role within the Global Corporate Services Division, responsible for overseeing the operational excellence of corporate services across the NORAM region. This position serves as the Deputy to the Regional Lead, ensuring seamless execution of strategies and projects related to Mail and Document Services.

Key Responsibilities:


1. **Operational Leadership:**
Provide comprehensive onsite support for all entities within the Global Corporate Services Division, including Mail and Document Services, Food & Beverage, Hospitality & Reception, Global Travel, and Corporate Card services.

2. **Vendor Management:**
Collaborate with the AMERICAS Regional Lead to enhance service quality and cost-efficiency while focusing on continuous improvement initiatives. Manage vendor performance and compliance with contracts, ensuring adherence to Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.

3. **Project Coordination:**
Support Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes to drive profitability and enhance the internal client experience. Work closely with regional service leads to standardize processes and deliverables.

4. **Risk Management:**
Identify and address potential risks and emerging issues, escalating them as necessary. Maintain communication with vendors and internal clients to mitigate operational disruptions.

5. **Financial Oversight:**
Analyze vendor expenditures and monitor costs to meet budgetary targets. Oversee the annual submission of the Global Corporate Services Division budget and ensure compliance with internal governance requirements.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
Foster a culture of ongoing enhancement within the Mail and Document Services Operations, ensuring effective management of resources and operational processes.

7. **Collaboration and Communication:**
Act as a liaison between internal clients and vendors, addressing incidents and complaints while conducting thorough investigations to identify root causes and implement mitigation plans.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in operations management, with a strong background in corporate services.
• Proven expertise in managing operational processes for efficiency and productivity.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
