Position Summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Regional Vice President to collaborate with the Regional President in overseeing all strategic and operational activities across multiple branch locations and client sites within a designated area. As a senior executive, you will be responsible for fostering profitable business growth by delivering exceptional service to all clients. Through our iCARE Leadership approach, you will guide our mission to be the employer of choice in the service sector by promoting an outstanding employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Client Engagement:

  • Guide and mentor a team of General and Branch Managers by offering coaching, support, and recognition while encouraging accountability. Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive workplace that promotes teamwork, open communication, and professional growth.
  • Engage with clients at their locations and participate in industry events to strengthen customer relationships, address critical issues, and ensure satisfaction for both clients and employees.

Operational Management and Safety:

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients by strategically managing the region's security operations, adhering to industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize Allied Universal's Business Intelligence Platform to analyze, report, and drive operational metrics and KPIs, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify and mitigate security risks by developing and implementing security protocols, training programs, and response strategies.

Financial Oversight and Growth:

  • Oversee the region's P&L, driving financial performance through budget management, revenue enhancement, profitability, cash flow management, and expense control. Collaborate with General Managers and the Finance team to meet all financial objectives.
  • Work alongside sales, marketing, and enterprise accounts teams to uncover and secure new business development opportunities.
Qualifications

Essential:

  • One of the following educational backgrounds is required:
    • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field with ten (10) years of management experience in the service industry.
    • Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field with twelve (12) years of management experience in the service industry.
    • High School diploma with fifteen (15) years of management experience in the service industry.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of profit and loss financial management experience.
  • At least seven (7) years of experience in successfully building and developing teams.
  • Strong executive leadership skills that promote teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations, and achievement of results.
  • Ability to collaborate across various business units and regions to creatively support client growth and satisfaction.
  • Results-driven problem-solving skills that address client and employee needs while maintaining a profitable business.
  • Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations.
  • Dynamic networking abilities that demonstrate a commitment to safety and trust through participation in local community, client, and industry events.

Preferred:

  • Experience in law enforcement, military, and/or contract or proprietary security services.
