Overview
Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc (CEC) is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Marketing to join our executive leadership team at our Pittsburgh headquarters.
The Vice President of Marketing will collaborate closely with the CEO, Strategic Development Officer, and operational management teams to drive the organization's growth objectives while enhancing and promoting CEC's brand identity.
The primary role of the Vice President will be to collaboratively formulate CEC's marketing strategy and initiatives, focusing on bolstering the firm's business development efforts. This position will also oversee the operational functions of a dedicated team of 15 marketing professionals.
While residing near or being willing to relocate to our Pittsburgh headquarters is preferred, candidates within commuting distance to any of CEC's office locations will be considered.
QualificationsBachelor's degree; 15+ years of experience in marketing and sales; 10+ years in the A/E/C industry with a demonstrated career trajectory.
Relevant marketing certifications are advantageous.
Ability to cultivate a broad professional network, particularly within the industry.
Skill Set:
Comprehensive understanding of the A/E/C industry, public sector procurement, and project delivery methodologies.
Experience in translating business objectives into actionable initiatives that drive growth.
Ability to proactively identify the needs of internal clients and respond swiftly.
Strong leadership skills, including adaptability to various management styles, setting clear expectations, and motivating the team.
Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Strong writing and communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent business acumen.
