Job Summary:In the role of Vice President of Facility Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of designated business units. Your duties will encompass resource management, service distribution, and system analysis to foster high levels of performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve results across all areas of responsibility
- Enhance client retention and satisfaction, ensure financial performance, and maintain regulatory compliance
- Establish strong relationships throughout the organization
- Assess client needs and effectively communicate progress and new initiatives
- Develop and oversee budgets, engage in the sales process, and promote team effectiveness
- Conduct regular audits of facilities and ensure financial performance
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- 12+ years of experience in Facility Services, with a background in management and multi-unit oversight
- Proficient in personnel management and capable of making informed business decisions based on financial data
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent analytical capabilities
