Business Development Manager

Charger Logistics Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the USA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies to support sales growth in the USA region.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing business accounts.
- Collaborate with the Branch Director to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Manage and define financial resources, including monitoring budgets and providing input for financial decisions.
- Build and foster relationships with customers to earn new accounts and grow the business.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in new business development, including cold calling, setting appointments, and presenting to potential customers.
- 1+ years of sales and account management experience in the transportation industry, highly preferred.
- Experience working B2B sales involving complex deals.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process.
- Ability to interface with all levels at a customer, from entry-level to senior executive.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability.
- High energy and genuine passion for sales.
- Ability to function independently with little or no supervision, as well as function in a team environment.
- College or university degree in a marketing or business-related field is an asset.
