Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies, participate in sales calls, and provide input on sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Novatech's products and services, understand the competitive landscape, and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and provide input on process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT industry, including managed IT services, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
