Job Summary

The Business Development Leader will be responsible for learning our process to service existing business clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to perform these tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and developing relationships, as well as experience in sales or customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service existing client base by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Research new business opportunities through market analysis and lead generation.
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure team members meet their goals.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
  • Report daily field activity using a CRM system.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve business growth and success.

Requirements

Licensing Requirements
