We are seeking a meticulous Vehicle Title Processing Specialist to become a vital part of the ABS Tag & Title organization. In this role, you will be tasked with the precise and efficient handling of title documentation, ensuring adherence to state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the registration of both new and pre-owned vehicles in accordance with state legislation
  • Prepare and submit title documents for legal transfer to the DMV
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Engage with state offices, tag agencies, and clients
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Optimize workspace organization for enhanced productivity
  • Deliver completed documents to clients
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor and strong teamwork capabilities
  • Prior experience in tag and title processing is advantageous
Educational Background and Experience:
  • High school diploma is mandatory
  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
  • A minimum of two years in office and customer service roles
