Job Overview

Position: Sales Account Executive - Microsoft Portfolio (Azure)

Location: Remote

Cyclotron, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive with expertise in the Microsoft Portfolio to enhance our expanding national Sales Team. This role encompasses all sales functions from prospecting to closing deals within the designated territory. A strong background in Services, Software sales, and account management is essential. Candidates with Sales Engineering experience will also be considered. You will be responsible for driving business growth in your region, requiring a self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee territory sales strategies and business plans.
  • Independently manage and cultivate assigned sales territory.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to navigate the sales cycle across various prospects and service offerings, ensuring timely deal closures.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prospect and generate new leads within both potential and existing accounts.
  • Manage current accounts while identifying and pursuing new service sales opportunities.
  • Engage in meaningful business discussions with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to enhance the account's service offerings.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services to address their business challenges.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners to foster co-selling opportunities within the assigned territory and among existing clients.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in Software, Solution Sales, or as an Account Executive.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding performance targets.
  • Experience in selling Microsoft Software or Services, or comparable Enterprise Software Solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, and/or Dynamics 365).
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM Software for daily account management tasks.
  • A critical thinker and independent problem-solver capable of working autonomously.
