Position Summary:

The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers across various sectors, including Retail, Warehousing, Industrial, Class-A Offices, Banking, Healthcare, Hospitality, Multifamily, Senior Living, and Commercial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop relationships with prospective clients within the designated territory.
  • Proactively seek and generate leads to broaden the client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their cleaning and janitorial service requirements, ensuring tailored solutions are provided. This collaborative effort is essential for our mutual success.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Conduct site assessments and deliver pricing proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Maintain precise records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools, which is vital for the efficient operation of our business.
