Position Overview

Role: Sales Account Executive - Microsoft Portfolio (Azure)

Location: Remote

Cyclotron, Inc. is seeking a seasoned and driven Sales Account Executive with expertise in the Microsoft Portfolio to enhance our growing national Sales Team. The Account Executive will oversee all sales functions from prospecting to closing within their designated territory. A strong background in Services, Software sales, and account management is essential. Candidates with Sales Engineering experience will also be considered. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation as you will be responsible for developing business within your region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for your territory.
  • Independently manage and cultivate assigned sales territory.
  • Effectively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Utilize effective sales strategies to navigate the sales cycle and close deals within set timelines.
  • Proactively prospect and generate new leads within both potential and existing accounts.
  • Manage current accounts while identifying new service sales opportunities.
  • Engage in business discussions with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to enhance the account's service offerings.
  • Consultatively sell by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate services to address their business challenges.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners to promote co-selling opportunities within your territory and existing clientele.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in Software, Solution Sales, or as an Account Executive.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives.
  • Experience in selling Microsoft Software or Services, or comparable Enterprise Software Solutions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM Software for daily account management tasks.
  • Strong analytical thinker and independent problem-solver capable of working autonomously.
