Sales Executive for HVAC Solutions

AFGO Mechanical Services Inc., a prominent provider of HVAC mechanical services, is seeking a driven administrative professional to enhance our sales operations and support the expansion of our services in the metropolitan market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize online tools and various resources to uncover potential clients and business prospects.
  • Marketing Assistance: Support telemarketing initiatives, email outreach, design promotional materials, and oversee social media engagement.
  • Quote Management: Manage follow-ups on service contracts, repair estimates, and construction projects.
  • Service Agreement Preparation: Oversee the drafting and processing of service agreements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with a solid understanding of a Windows environment.
  • Communication Abilities: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a talent for developing and sustaining client relationships.
  • Detail Orientation: Highly organized, meticulous, and innovative.
  • Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to shifting priorities and meeting deadlines.

Experience: Minimum of one year in sales or customer service roles.

The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience in a business-to-business context. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
