Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales and business development initiatives.
  • Engage in direct selling and promotion of KOMPAN products to targeted industries.
  • Conduct proactive sales activities, including networking and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Generate demand through impactful presentations.

Territory Management

Effectively manage your designated territory by identifying and targeting potential accounts, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and enhancing product awareness among current and prospective clients.

Sales Negotiation

Prepare sales proposals and negotiate terms with clients to secure favorable outcomes.

Target Markets

Your focus will include municipalities, educational institutions, faith-based organizations, childcare facilities, landscape architects, hospitality sectors, and retail businesses.

Technology Utilization

Leverage CRM tools to enhance insights, manage forecasts, and track sales progress. Stay organized while managing a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not mandatory. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct, outside sales, with a strong preference for those who thrive in high-activity environments.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary structure with an increasing commission percentage based on sales volume, along with uncapped earning potential. Benefits include:

Additional Information
