Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate current account performance, sales opportunities, and territory coverage needs.
  • Foster relationships with distribution partners responsible for servicing accounts that purchase our offerings.
  • Develop and propose selling expense budgets for approval by the Sales Director, adhering to MDF guidelines and approved financial plans.
  • Plan and execute sales calls in accordance with established frequency to effectively manage account portfolios and cultivate new accounts.
  • Stay informed about policies regarding shipping fees, inventory management, payment terms, advertising incentives, return processes, and other related conditions, ensuring compliance with all sales activities.
  • Carry out assigned duties within set budgets and in line with reimbursable expense policies.
  • Provide required reports on sales calls, market intelligence, and other data as requested by management.
  • Address issues with individual dealers in collaboration with the Sales Director.
  • Offer advertising, promotional, and merchandising support to retail partners while maintaining awareness of current sales initiatives.
  • Deliver professional presentations utilizing computer-generated and other creative tools.
  • Maintain a sample account for presentations and training purposes.
  • Assist in executing virtual events, dealer gatherings, and industry shows.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing of consumer products.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical knowledge of photography is advantageous.
  • Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinking to address customer concerns.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
