At Equipment Depot, we're seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and collaborating with our sales leadership to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential customers who can benefit from our products and services
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers to increase sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • 2-3 years of sales experience with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Current, valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record
