Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Quirch Foods. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, and implementing different sales activities to research customer needs and requirements. You will also ensure that existing clients are retained and maintained while acquiring new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and requirements
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve performance

Requirements:

Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish preferred
Financial and business analytical skills
Computer skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AS 400
Category and product knowledge
Negotiation skills
Organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Pricing and margin management skills
