About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative at Michael Page, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and screen potential candidates for client opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales or recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales or recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
