As a Field Sales Consultant at ABC Home & Commercial Services, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of services directly to homeowners.

Your role is essential in broadening our client base by identifying prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.

This position demands a proactive mindset, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to cultivate strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and fulfill company objectives.


Please note that the team operates under the corporate office guidelines. All interviews, orientations, and related activities will be conducted in accordance with corporate protocols.
Primary Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of our products and services; identify customer needs and expectations.
Educate potential clients on the value of ABC services.
Accountable for achieving new sales growth targets and meeting established quotas.
Establish and maintain robust customer relationships; conduct follow-up communications as necessary.
Develop cross-divisional sales opportunities, particularly focusing on Add-On Sales of products and services.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly before, during, and after sales interactions.
Requirements:

Prior experience in outside sales is preferred.
Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to actively listen and comprehend customer concerns.
Proficiency in email, Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, tablets, and computers.
Valid Texas Driver's License.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Must possess proper documentation to work in the US.

Physical Demands:

Ability to operate a vehicle with standard or automatic transmission and enter and exit a truck or car.
Ability to walk for extended periods in varying temperatures, including outdoor conditions.
Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. may be necessary.
Must wear a respirator in accordance with OSHA requirements.
Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Ability to access confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics.

Driver's Responsibilities:

Utilizing a company vehicle to travel to designated locations on the daily route.

Responsible for the upkeep of the company vehicle, including checking tire conditions, replacing tires as needed, monitoring brake conditions, and ensuring timely oil changes.

Adhere to safety protocols while driving, respect driving regulations, and report all work-related injuries immediately to the direct supervisor.

Comply with vehicle usage policy agreements.
Maintain a good driving record.
Must keep an active Texas Driver's license and submit a copy of the renewed license as required.
