About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at KYOCERA Document Solutions Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our business technology solutions to clients within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to deliver high levels of client care and drive sales growth.
  • Use a consultative approach to identify business challenges and design tailored solutions that deliver measurable positive outcomes.
  • Win new business through strategic prospecting and intelligent discovery.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to leverage team selling opportunities.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with current customer base to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth.
  • Utilize time management skills to drive earnings potential and achieve sales targets.
  • Take ownership of personal development and be open to coaching and feedback.
Requirements
  • B2B sales experience preferred, but other experience levels will be considered.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
