An Insurance Sales Consultant plays a vital role in discovering sales prospects for various insurance solutions while managing a diverse client portfolio. Main Responsibilities:

    • Address client inquiries with professionalism.
  • Policy and Claims Assistance:
    • Guide clients through the insurance application process.
    • Clarify policy details to clients.
    • Assist clients in navigating the claims process.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
    • Maintain precise client records.
    • Compile reports on sales activities.
    • Stay updated on industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
    • Relevant insurance licenses are necessary.
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in the insurance sector is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and sales abilities.
    • Capability to adapt to various environments.
    • Willingness to receive feedback and engage in continuous learning.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily office-based with opportunities for client meetings.
  • Flexible working hours may be necessary.
  • Hybrid work model - three days in the office.
