Role Overview:
The eCommerce Sales Consultant plays a vital role in engaging with numerous customers through various channels—online, via phone, and in person—to facilitate their vehicle purchasing journey in a no-haggle sales environment.

  • Responding promptly to inquiries, addressing questions, and providing essential information to guide customers from initial contact to an in-store experience while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

Utilizing your excellent communication and listening skills, you will assist customers in selecting their ideal vehicle, negotiating terms that align with their financial needs and expectations, and successfully closing sales.

Customer Experience:
Our eCommerce Sales Consultants are committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience both before and after the sale, fostering loyalty through follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and facilitating transitions to our Service department for ongoing support.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Previous sales experience, preferably in retail
- Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Willingness to follow up with customers
- Experience and enthusiasm for working with technology
- Valid in-state driver's license with a safe driving record
