Role Summary: As a Field Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our company's success. Your responsibilities will include a variety of essential tasks that directly influence our customers and the growth of our business. From providing accurate product details and pricing to ensuring timely deliveries, your commitment is vital in building lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
Your mission as a Field Sales Consultant extends beyond merely fulfilling customer requirements; it involves exceeding their expectations. By diligently following up on deliveries and proactively addressing any issues, you contribute to the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your efforts in cultivating client relationships are central to our success, as you help establish trust and loyalty among our valued customers.
Additionally, your focus on expanding sales channels and pursuing new opportunities reflects your dedication to driving growth within our organization. By identifying potential leads and leveraging existing accounts, you are instrumental in broadening our market presence and enhancing revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and maintain new sales opportunities within prospective and existing accounts. Conduct sales calls to develop and sustain strong customer relationships to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Establish positive relationships with key customers to create long-term value and new business prospects.
- Recognize new leads, manage prospects, and secure new business.
- Monitor sales volumes, distribution margins, and related metrics.
- Engage regularly with various internal departments to provide essential information necessary for customer service.
- Achieve established goals for territory development and sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written), along with strong interpersonal and professional interaction abilities necessary for high-level performance.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives while effectively managing time.
- Demonstrated strong work habits, including punctuality, reliability, and consistent attendance relevant to job responsibilities and customer needs.
- Goal-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills for effective self-management.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bi-lingual candidates are preferred.
Compensation:
Anticipated commission range of $40,000-$50,000 in the first year.
