This role demands a proactive mindset, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to cultivate strong customer relationships to enhance sales growth and meet organizational goals.
Please note that the team operates from a corporate office. All interviews, orientations, and related activities will be conducted at the corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
Articulate product and service features, advantages, and benefits; ascertain customer needs and expectations.
Inform prospects and clients about the value of ABC services.
Accountable for achieving new sales growth targets and fulfilling quotas.
Establish and nurture strong customer relationships; perform follow-up calls and visits as necessary.
Identify cross-divisional sales opportunities, particularly with Add-On Sales of products and services.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly before, during, and after the sales interaction.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in outside sales is preferred.
Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to actively listen and address customer concerns.
Proficiency in email, Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, tablets, and computers.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Must possess proper documentation to work in the US.
Physical Requirements:
Capability to operate a vehicle with standard or automatic transmission and enter and exit a truck or car.
Ability to walk for extended periods in varying temperatures, including outdoors.
Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs. may be necessary.
Wears respirator according to safety regulations.
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Ability to access confined spaces like crawlspaces and attics.
Driver's Responsibilities:
Utilizing a company vehicle to travel to designated locations on the daily route.
Responsible for the upkeep of the company vehicle, including tire conditions, tire replacement as needed, checking brake conditions, and timely oil changes.
Adhere to safety protocols while driving, respect driving regulations and codes, and report all work-related injuries immediately to the direct supervisor.
Comply with vehicle usage policy agreement.Maintain a good driving record.
Must keep an active Driver's license and submit a copy of the renewed license to HR.
