Scale is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive to lead growth and impact from Scale's products. As part of the growing GTM, you will oversee strategic accounts in the financial services and insurance verticals, drive pipeline, and close deals within this customer segment.
Key Responsibilities- Own Scale's execution for driving impact through customer growth and success.
- Drive the sales process from internal leads to qualifying new prospects and managing deals to closure.
- Forecast opportunities, drive accountability cross-functionally, and close deals.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and customer success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level customers and stakeholders.
- Minimum 4 years of experience selling to business and technical audiences, specifically within Global MAMG+ accounts.
- Demonstrated success in achieving quota on a consistent basis.
- Strong sales process skills, including pipeline management and deal closure.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product.
- Impact-led business growth: expertise in selling to large enterprise companies in the financial services or insurance industries.
- Comfortable in ambiguous environments: ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 5+ years of business development, consultant, or solutions sales experience.
- Technology sales: expertise in technology sales, distribution, and adoption of complex business models.
- Executive customer engagement: proven track record of successfully building and expanding customer relationships.
