**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently, adhering to established schedules and procedures, including timesheet completion, payroll discrepancies, and additional payment calculations.
  • Prepare and analyze various reports, such as attendance, timecard exceptions, payroll reports, and other ad-hoc reports as needed, to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Provide administrative support to employees, directing them to relevant resources and troubleshooting system access issues.
  • Escalate complex and sensitive matters to HR Business Partners or higher-level leadership for resolution.
  • Coordinate local employee events and programs, including recognition ceremonies and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support local hiring efforts for hourly roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Manage personnel-related files and records, adhering to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Support learning and development activities at the facility, including logistics, program tracking, and training documentation.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment at the facility, organizing information sessions and directing employees to relevant resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources or Payroll is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial in maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information securely, maintaining the trust and confidentiality of employees and the organization.
  • **Compensation:** $39,573 to $53,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
