Position Title: EAP Counselor
Role Overview: In this pivotal role, you will engage with employees from various sectors, focusing primarily on providing support and guidance. Your responsibilities will encompass approximately 20% direct counseling, while the remainder of your duties will involve attending team meetings, working closely with management, and facilitating workshops and training sessions.
Location: Denver, CO
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, during daytime hours.
Qualifications:
- Possession of an independent clinical mental health license in the state of California (LCSW / LPCC / LMFT / etc.) is essential.
- Prior experience in employee conflict resolution and conducting workshops or training is highly desirable.
- A strong interest in working with law enforcement personnel in unique environments is required.
- Experience in short-term solution-focused therapy and/or grief counseling is mandatory.
