Overview

The Benefits Administration Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting our clients and their workforce, along with the benefits team, to ensure efficient and precise management of benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to all client inquiries received during standard business hours within a 4-hour timeframe.
  • Deliver outstanding service to clients and employees, as reflected in Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and overall client feedback.
  • Process all benefit-related transactions with an accuracy rate exceeding 95%.
  • Document all client interactions comprehensively in the SalesForce system.
Specific Duties
  • Submit, audit, and reconcile weekly Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) files.
  • Oversee COBRA enrollments, audits, employee communications, and payment processes.
  • Assist with 401(k) setups, deconversions, and address tier 1 client inquiries regarding retirement plans.
  • Manage qualifying life events for employees at the worksite, including document collection and dependent enrollment/un-enrollment.
  • Lead the Affordable Care Act (ACA) audit process and collaborate with Benefit Consultants to ensure compliance for clients.
  • Support the benefits team during the open enrollment period, including the creation of presentations and managing enrollments.
