Job Overview

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Distributor Oversight

1. Oversee all facets of the sales territory for the organization.

2. Conduct introductory meetings at all distributor locations within your territory to align with new product introductions, line expansions, and promotional initiatives.

3. Train all tiers of the distributor team (sales personnel and management) on the company's product range, positioning strategies, and marketing objectives.

Sales Leadership

4. Ensure that the distributor meets their monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Distributor Collaboration

5. Collaborate with a distributor sales representative or engage with key accounts on a daily basis.

6. Maintain a flexible schedule, dedicating 80% of time to off-premise activities.

7. Provide daily summaries to distributor key contacts regarding accomplishments and follow-up actions.

Promotional Activities / Special Events

8. Organize and execute weekly demonstrations with key accounts in the local market.

Planning/Communication/Administrative Duties

9. Submit all necessary weekly and monthly reports to management by the designated deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-centric approach, with an understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills for pitching ideas and fostering relationships with stakeholders.
