Russell Tobin is seeking a highly skilled Technology Partnerships Business Project Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion, resource allocation, and adherence to project objectives. They will also support leadership updates as a central hub for communication and provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional coordination: Act as a central point of contact and facilitator for various departments and functions within the organization, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment of activities.
  • Process optimization: Identify and streamline business processes across different functions to improve efficiency, reduce redundancies, and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Facilitating Team Operations: Run and optimize team operations, including business reviews, leadership updates, and other operating mechanisms.
  • Change management: Facilitate and manage organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions to operations.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, partner operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong experience building slides (PowerPoint or Google Slides) and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Proven ability to execute tasks efficiently with minimal supervision and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse responsibilities while connecting the dots between multiple program initiatives.
  • Skilled at process improvement with an eye for driving efficiencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset and strong work ethic to drive results.
