About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Slalom. As a key member of our partnership team, you will be responsible for managing, improving, and expanding our existing AWS content center, ensuring the continual addition of new and relevant content and maintaining existing materials to ensure they are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and develop new content that supports sales and partnership initiatives, continuously updating existing materials to ensure they are scalable and relevant.
  • Assist sales teams by finding, building, replicating, and sharing valuable content and resources, supporting sales pursuits by providing tailored materials and insights.
  • Drive internal enablement by creating and disseminating training materials and resources, ensuring all team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed.
  • Facilitate effective communication across numerous partner and alliance teams and markets, as well as individuals, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on key initiatives and goals.

Requirements

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling content and facilitate effective communication across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across various teams and individuals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and is resourceful in finding solutions and driving results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with early career experience in content creation, sales support, or a related role preferred.
